Patricia Coleman joined ÒùЦ½ºþ in 2023 as vice president of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). As a strategic leader, she champions the firm’s commitment to recruiting and retaining a diverse, talented workforce. Pat leads our commitment to community engagement efforts, connecting with and supporting disadvantaged businesses in the areas we serve.
She oversees ÒùЦ½ºþ University, our training program for small businesses, helping them develop the expertise to build sustainable growth.
Pat is also author of the book Overcoming: Living Our Best Life in Spite Of.
Personal
Pat and her husband, Harold, are empty nesters and enjoy traveling together. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book and walking outside when the weather permits. She loves watching the NBA and visiting a game in person annually. She has a close-knit family and quarterly cooks a soul food dinner where they gather at her home. Her favorite title to date is “Granny.â€
